PLOTTING THREAD

Anya is an enterprising young wife and mother. She got pregnant during the very tail end of her seventh year at Hogwarts; and at the insistence of both her family and the family of the father of the child, they got married about two weeks later. Ever since then, it’s been a devilish roller coaster ride. They co-own Platinum Lace, though her husband does almost all the running of the establishment, while she designs the outfits for the girls employed there. Anya has always needed her space from Fin, though. Partially due to his extramarital exploits, Anya rarely spends much time at all in the club. Instead, she spends most of her time at her own business, to which she owns every square inch herself. Pearls and Lace is an upscale boutique, that heavily focuses on alluring garments—designed by herself.

Anya does her best to ignore her husband’s rampant infidelity… it’s been like this for as long as she’d known him, even before they’d dated. And sure. It’s no good for their adorable little son. But—well. Anya has always believed in getting mad… and then getting even. So she sleeps around a bit as well— and if Fin has any problem with that, then so be it.

Cora grew up in a wealthy, if cold, home with parents who gave her everything she wanted except for affection. As a result, Cora herself can sometimes be a bit stiff and cold - and is certainly accustomed to getting absolutely everything that she wants. She has a very tight-knit group of friends that she loves dearly, and she is very happy with her days that include playing professional Quidditch with her best friend at her side. 

There are those that call Cora "ice queen" or some other (often more insulting) variation. And it's true. She scarcely dates aside from those forced upon her by her meddling mother, and she can be scathingly cold to a great many people. However, it's all that she knows. She's been hurt before, but maybe all she needs is someone to melt the ice...

Justice has had a strange life. She was the daughter of a Muggle and a Muggleborn wizard, but her father died when she was very young. After that, her mother shunned everything magical, and at times that even included her daughter. Justice found a safe haven at Hogwarts, and in her friends. As a young adult, she made some wrong choices but it all worked out when she fell in love with her best friend. That is, until they were going to be married and he walked away, devastating her.

Justice changed almost her entire life after that, switching occupations, and giving up music - something that had been a constant in her life for over a decade. Three years later, she is now working for a fantastic man that she really needs to stop falling for, and loving her simple life, even if there are a few things missing.

Lily Luna Potter grew up in the limelight. She has two older brothers: one of them is a famous Quidditch star, and the other is a well-renowned historian. Not to mention her parents - both famous in their Quidditch exploits, as well as their heroic doings, and their careers atop of all that. And Lily? Lily found her calling in healing the hurt. Not so glamorous. But she loves it.

Her brothers are two of her very best friends - but they have a ridiculous tendency to scare away any potentially flirtatious guy Lily has ever had the pleasure to spend time with. Or entertain the idea of spending time with. She loves them very much, but she would really love the opportunity to be loved by someone. Seriously.

Kenzie dela Cruz had a life that was full of pain but she had always managed to stay the bright spot in the middle of all the darkness. That is, until a year ago. Not long after she left Hogwarts, Kenzie's world collapsed as one of her best friends and both her parents all died within a month of each other. She shoved away everyone, and traveled down a dark path. There were a few who stubbornly stayed, and she will be forever grateful to those who did. 

More recently, Kenzie has begun to become her old self again... with a new edge. She's got a new job that she's learning to love, and there's still a hint of that darkness inside of her, but... she's learning to love herself again. And now the brightest part of her past is back in her life again, and she has some pretty big choices to make there...

Mads is quiet, reserved, but that doesn't mean she's shy or lacks passion. She's incredibly passionate about some things - especially stories - and she's only shy about half the time. The thing is, Mads has a good life. She's got a fantastic job, the best job she could have ever had. Sure, her parents might've cut off most of their help for not reaching her "full potential" but she loved it so that's all that matters, right? 

The only thing is that there's this guy. Of course, there's always a guy, isn't there? Dante Kalivas was the incredibly gorgeous, tall dark and handsome that she couldn't help but fantasize over when she was fifteen. Then, out of the blue... he noticed her. And flirted. They dated... and she fell hard. Then he broke up with her because of her being a half-blood. Rinse and repeat - again and again, this cycle has continued. But she doesn't know how to stop it... she just loves him, too much.
